Fox Connaught London Excel Hotel

The bar had a lovely atmosphere, while the shower only had cold water.

Only one criticism - the pillows are too hard!

The hotel was in a brilliant location adjacent to the restaurant, the bus stop and DLR station, and Excel London.

The room is neat and equipped with central heating, coffee/tea making equipment and a work desk. The staff is efficient and lively at all the levels. It has handy, incredible setting, next to airport and dlr and a bus terminus.

Good location to the excell reasonably priced pub at the hotel very relaxing and reasonably priced would stay again

Very comfortable and clean room. Very nice food in the pub as well.

Loud music on Friday night - impossible to sleep

it was central for our requirements. Ideal for the DLR,only 5 mins from nearest station. great breakfast.. very comfortable bed, clean and warm room.

shower and toilet room very cramped. Public toilet down stairs off bar area (gents) was disgusting. ladies ok.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The bar was lively and well worth calling in at.

We visited the Excel and enjoyed the bar restaurant on-site. The rooms were clean and comfy. Just a note , the stairs can be steep, especially if you're on the top floor.

I found the bathroom a bit small and lacking toiletries. It could be better.

The room was too warm and stayed too warm even after turning the heating off.

We had a fantastic weekend we went to see Robbie Williams at the O2 and Connaught house was really close to the O2 perfect location and not far from excel, hotel extremely clean nice room beds were quite narrow but still comfy and very clean, staff were fantastic we only stayed 1nite but we will definitely stay again very soon, also in the bar you get 15% discount on drinks and good bonus

Comfortable room, friendly staff, including the helpful team during breakfast service with a good variety, and excellent location just 1 km from the airport, making it easy to explore the city without hassle.

Everything was first-rate.
